Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author analyzes the main legal regulations in respecting and strengthening the procedural rights of vulnerable persons suspected or accused during the criminal proceedings. As the author underlines, the involvement of the persons with special needs in criminal proceedings, requires special measures are taken, by law enforcement agencies in relation to them.
