Summary/Abstract: Professor Silviu Bejan was a prominent figure in interwar Timișoara, an eminent professor, high school principal, and brilliant educator. After completing his university studies in Cluj, he was a professor at the Pedagogical Institute in Arad, and in 1919, he was appointed by Dr. Iuliu Maniu, president of the Governing Council of Transylvania, as director of the Romanian High School in Timișoara. Until 1940, the year of his death, he undertook remarkable work in the city on the Bega River, both in the educational field and in the cultural and community spheres. This study aims to provide a bibliographic overview of the renowned professor.
