Summary/Abstract: This article examines the influence of educational technology on language learning outcomes, addressing critical questions about effectiveness in contemporary educational contexts. Through a synthesis of recent research and theoretical frameworks, including the GAIFL-ST socio-technical model, this analysis demonstrates that technology integration significantly impacts language acquisition when implemented through structured pedagogical approaches. Key findings indicate that interactive applications, mobile-assisted learning, and AI-powered tools create immersive learning environments associated with measurable improvements in vocabulary retention, learner engagement, and communicative competence. The study emphasizes that technological effectiveness depends substantially on institutional support, educator preparation, and thoughtful alignment with learning objectives. These findings carry particular significance for educational policymakers and institutions seeking to optimize language programs through technological innovation. This research contributes to ongoing discourse on educational technology by providing evidence-based insights into how digital tools can be strategically deployed to enhance language learning outcomes in diverse educational settings.
