Summary/Abstract: In today’s globalized economy, effective translation workflows are essential for ensuring accurate, culturally appropriate, and efficient multilingual communication. This article examines the strategic importance of structured translation processes, identifying key stages – pre-translation, translation, and post-translation – and highlighting common challenges such as linguistic complexity, cultural nuance, and inconsistent practices, particularly in under-standardized markets like Romania. Emphasis is placed on the role of technology, including translation memory tools and artificial intelligence, in enhancing quality and reducing costs. The study also considers ethical practices, quality assurance, and the broader impact of translation on brand consistency and international outreach. Drawing from industry research and practical experience, the article argues that a well-defined, technology-supported translation workflow is not only vital for linguistic precision but also a critical component of global business strategy.
