Summary/Abstract: The pre-trial judge of the Court, after having examined the complaint lodged against the provisions of the indictment of the prosecutor’s office of classification and splitting, due to the invoked reasons, finds that this court is not authorized to judge the trial, declining its jurisdiction in favour of Cluj Tribunal.
