Selected issues of the simultaneous investigation of drug-related crime and crime against children

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of simultaneous covert investigation of drug-related crime and crimes committed against children. At the same time, it addresses the issue of raids and presents arguments for close cooperation with child social and legal protection authorities. It also deals with the admissibility of evidence obtained through house searches and wiretapping in other criminal cases.
