Summary/Abstract: The nicotine pouches phenomenon has arrived to the Czech Republic, where it hits the most vunerable group of inhabitants, kids. This papers goal is to evaluate de lege lata law considering nicotine pouches and to find a solution to this negative situation using administrative and criminal law.
