Arguable questions regarding the illegality in torts

Summary/Abstract: The current article is focused on the matter of the illegality in torts. Although plenty of researches are devoted to this topic, its substantial practical significance and the various opinions on it, both in legal doctrine and court practice, continue to provoke the interest to its further studying. Some opinions on the illegality in torts are summarized and grouped in the article, followed by the point of view of the author on the essence of the illegality in torts and the need for its separate proving during legal proceedings.
