Summary/Abstract: The main goal of employee training is the change expected by organizations in creating, developing, upgrading, or transforming the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of human resources so that they are optimally effective in their work performance. Digitalization in training over the past 20 years is a trend that has become increasingly necessary and sought after by companies in various fields of activity. In corporate training, components such as gamification, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) technologies can be increasingly found. The entry of AI into training in recent years through microlearning, LMS and LXP learning platforms, and other components shows the increasing role of AI in the learning and development process of employees. The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical overview of research on the significance of AI in the training process and to formulate ideas and guidelines regarding future trends in the development of human resources.
