Summary/Abstract: Technology has revolutionized the way organizations collect, process, and disseminate information, fundamentally changing the decision-making process (McAfee & Brynjolfsson 2017). The integration of enterprise communication platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and real-time data analytics allows organizations to analyze trends, predict outcomes, and drive evidence-based decision-making (Tenzer et al. 2014). These technological advances allow organizations to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve cross-functional collaboration. However, overreliance on AI-driven decision-making poses significant challenges that require robust communication strategies to mitigate risks such as algorithmic bias, cybersecurity threats, and ethical concerns. AI models, while powerful, can inadvertently amplify existing biases in the data, leading to unintended discriminatory outcomes. Additionally, cybersecurity concerns have emerged as organizations have become increasingly dependent on AI-driven decision-making systems. The risk of data breaches, AI manipulation, and misinformation requires firms to integrate security-focused communication frameworks that protect sensitive decision-making processes (Eisenberg et al. 2009).
