Social Interpretations of Professional Success in the Context of Flexible Reality. Based on Empirical Research Among Poles

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study, as presented in this text, was to identify social analysis regarding the study results based on the specifications of socio-cultural conditions. They are characterised by, among others, compliance and expectation in various applications of human life, including work. Research issues arise around results in the form of objective and subjective results. The research questions concern the recognition of material, stratification, prestige and self-fulfilment analysis results. Identifying the social interpretation of solutions for Poles was possible thanks to survey methods, which made it possible to undertake representative research among Poles. Research findings: interpretation of effectiveness in the minds of Poles who exploded around two factors – or equate it with, among others, with satisfaction, independence and purpose of aspirations in the field of work (“freedom” factor), or with acquiring professional qualifications, career, professional and specific promotion (“career” factor). The “libertarian” model is closer to the research.
