Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to construct a theoretical model of the homo flexibilis – a flexible man. Flexibility with regard to beliefs and the behavior of individuals is here only as a value. The current formulas being formulated, but also as independence from contacts for companies for work purposes. A cultural-context in which it is possible for the socio-social and individual knowledge understood in this way to exist. With the change of genes, you will be able to change the relationship with capitalism, changes in the labor market and a new job. This concurrent technology of processing by persons representing individuals who make them living identities, also in other dimensions of identity (see . Such-Pyrgiel, 2019, s. 97-127)The methodology used for the analysis of the subject, supported by the presentation of the results of a quantitative study conducted by the value of young people. The study explored the phenomenon related to compliance with work and the completion of competences. There is an effective piece of work in the work – another material that was posted in the article.The theoretical proposition of homo flexibilis allows, inter alia, where learning about the dimensions of social life, in changes to patterns and norms, is even more intense and shows competition in this group of society through which one has one shape, as well as the stigma reflected on the screen of their lives.
