Summary/Abstract: Advertising directed at children is one of the most strictly regulated areas of marketing, as young consumers are particularly vulnerable to manipulation and unfair practices. Kindermarketing involves strategies for promoting products and brands tailored to children; however, companies are required to comply with legal provisions and ethical standards. In Poland and the European Union, numerous regulations have been introduced to restrict advertising aimed at children, with the goal of protecting their development and well-being. This article examines the legal framework, ethical aspects, and the liability of marketers in this field. It emphasizes the importance of fair and transparent advertising that takes into account not only legal but also moral and educational aspects.
