Summary/Abstract: In the context of the increasingly rapid contractualization of family property relations, practical difficulties inevitably arise. Thus, in situations where the spouses, during the marriage, consent to liberalities or matrimonial advantages, whether unilateral or reciprocal, the effects of divorce extend equally to these arrangements. The solutions are provided by both case law and legal doctrine, whether the objective is to maintain the liberalities and matrimonial advantages agreed upon between the spouses in force, or to trigger their caducity or effective revocation.
