Interview with Zdeňka Papežová: “Drug problematics is specific”

Summary/Abstract: An integral part of drug policy, in addition to reducing the supply of illegal drugs, is also preventive action, which is implemented within the Police of the Czech Republic primarily through primary prevention programs aimed at increasing legal awareness. Zdeňka Papežová has been fully committed to prevention practically her entire life and during her work she has gained the recognition and respect of her colleagues not only across the police. In connection with the publication of an issue of the Bulletin largely devoted to prevention, we therefore chose her and asked her to share her valuable experience and perspective on this issue with us.
