Summary/Abstract: Interview with Prof. MUDr. Eva Králíková, CSc., who has been dedicated to the epidemiology, prevention and treatment of tobacco addiction since the late 1980s, including the promotion of effective legislation in our country and around the world. She is the head of the Center for Tobacco Dependence of the 3rd Internal Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General Hospital in Prague and heads the Working Group for the Prevention and Treatment of Tobacco Addiction at the Czech Medical Society J. E. P.
