Summary/Abstract: Mitrush Kuteli’s narration enriched the tradition of Albanian narration by gifting the freedom which turned it into a work that fluently offered what is called “the pleasure of text”. This work liberated the raw narrative language of Albanian prose, using typical features of popular discourse and creating the illusion of an “oral” discourse. The names that Kuteli uses for his stories, narration and magical narration are expressions of a conscious articulation of his prose. Approaching Mitrush Kuteli’s narration from a different perspective, looking for a relationship between his prose and reality, we find the authenticity and similarity of narrative with fundamental “event” that is the origin of his narration (or magical narration). From this point of view, we have built a narration typology that is related to the concept of basic cultural-anthropological construction that Kuteli used in his narration structure. We have thus distinguished that narrative that can be called “narration of anthropological fantastic story” or “anthropological fantastic story” which coincides mostly with Kutelian narration concept. Based on the principle of authenticity and similarity to reality, we have built several subdivisions in Mitrush Kuteli’s narration reflected as “anthropological realism”, “anthropological fictionalism” and “anthropological culturalism”. The “cultural” feature can serve to characterize all Kuteli's work, but we have used the designation that fits narration because of its intensity and a certain “real” feature within narration. Knowing the local culture from inside has served us to make this kind of characterization in Kuteli’s narrative. We thus have several models of stories that can shed light on the elementary relationship of what Wolfgang Iser has called “literary anthropology” and the process of “fictionalizing” in literature.
