Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of the closure of society within the wall of the dwelling, a new confrontation of the teacher – student – parent triangle was felt. The relationship was transformed by putting, on one hand, the family and the student who turns the apartment in a classroom and on the other hand teacher who is in the same situation. Physical distance was replaced by intense online communication not previously founded. The whole system was overturned. ‘The selfcommunication voice’ was accompanied by pictures, videos or simple recordings was oriented by mutual tasks of the parties. Although online learning has been practiced in developed countries since early 2000, in the Balkanik countries, Albania and Kosovo, it was spoken about this way of learning except in articles with strong optimism. The pandemic forced, we can say violently as is its nature, the changes. It accelerated the need for change and teaching concepts. The media was used to influence in the sensibilisation of the society for these changes but also to transmit the lesson to the students. In Albania, a tv channel of the Albanian public radio and television, rtsh school, was dedicated to teaching. Teachers of all subjects and levels in the preuniversity system of education, registered the lesson according to the curriculum. The research question raised by this article are: What are the challenges of students in online learning in Albania? What are the challenges of the teachers in the online learning? What is the role of educational institutions in this process? What is the role of the media in this process? Using questionaries, face to face interviews, observation in participation, photographs, etc, we will research to understand the difference in actors and factors of the learning process but also the challenges faced by the education system.
