Between Isolationism and the Integrity of the Subject of Research in Political and Administration Sciences and Security Sciences

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the subject of research in the social sciences,in particular in the sciences of politics and administration and security sci-ences. The intention of the article is to show two different research positionsre­ lating, on the one hand, to the interdisciplinarity of undertaken scientific re-search, and on the other hand, to objective isolationism, thus indicating a strictcognitive framework for specific social phenomena. The author wishes topoint out the doubts of the research community regarding the identity of secu-rity sciences and political sciences. In addition, this article attempts to answerthe question of whether there is a dispute regarding the subject of research inthe sciences of security and the science of politics and administration.
