RIGHT AND LAW – THE ACTUALITY OF A DEBATABLE SYNONYMY. SOME CRITICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The association, when trying to formulate a definition, of the term right with the term law does not represent a new vision, or a vision exposed to criticism in itself. Rather, the present analysis is focused on the reproach that such a synonymy inevitably generates, one provoked by the persistence in establishing, evidently in a limitative manner, the significance of the concept of “law”. Such a restrictive projection was going to prove itself, in time, extremely damaging, fact proved by the existence of historical arguments, and this vision is nowadays, unfortunately, more present than ever in the Romanian juridical environment.
