Summary/Abstract: The problem of the musical-folkloric performance style was put on the agenda in the early 1960s, when Philip Kutev provoked analytical thinking among scientists not only towards the genesis of folk art, but also towards musical-folkloric performance and its development. By this time, the folk song and its performance had gained popularity through the air of BN Radio and the established concert groups and folklore ensembles. And here again the question of style arises.
