Summary/Abstract: In every organization, managers are impacting other people, by using managing and leaderships skills, in order to inspire them to cooperate and contribute to organizations aims. Management is closely related to the people, meaning that it functionates with people and through them to reach the goals. Organization is formal group of people, which are linked by one or more objectives. It is made of people, resources, rules of action as well as control in task managing. Basic component of any organization is power, as a potential, energy and ability to create the influence. Power is the asset which human resources have, and it can be a strong weapon in the hands of those who possess it. Contemporary organizations are characterized by constant changes, which often results in conflicts. Conflicts could be considered both as a threat and as an incentive for changes and improvements of the work within the association. Opposed goals and interests in the organization can be seen as a cause of the conflicts. Different needs, reasons, aspirations and interests of the confronted sides contribute to conflicts as well. As a consequences of the constant and frequent major changes inside the organizations, there is an accumulation of stress. Stress is evaluated in contest of organizations and includes physical, psychological and organizing elements.
