PECULIARITIES OF INVESTIGATING AND DISCOVERING VIOLENT CRIMES COMMITTED IN RURAL AREAS

Summary/Abstract: In this article, an analysis is carried out with reference to some actions of the criminal investigation body in the framework of its investigation of violent crimes committed in the rural environment. The rural area and the specifics of committing these crimes in this area determine the course and a specific way of investigating and researching them. Thus, victims of violent crimes in rural areas are more likely to know the perpetrators, due to the small population and close-knit communities in rural areas. Therefore, according to the opinions of forensic researchers, the criminal procedure must include several legal actions, carried out by the criminal investigation body in such a way as to succeed in operative documentation, the accumulation of conclusive and useful evidence, in order to detect and attract at the responsibility of the perpetrator in any environment.
