Characteristics of the principles and sources specific to contravention law

Summary/Abstract: The principles of law are those social norms to which a legal system is subject, which orders the whole positive law that exists on the geographical, state or international area. Referring directly to the principles of contravention law, these are guiding ideas, which contribute to the development and implementation of the rules of contravention law. In its turn, the concept of source of the contravention law is used in a specific, strictly legal sense, which takes into account the forms of expression of legal norms specific to the contravention law.
