Summary/Abstract: Europeanization of law as an indispensable part of properly operating European Union comes (as from the point of view of member states of European Union) from need to submit some of legal relations to European law. This leads to obligatory interferencies into the law systems of member states of the European Union. This duty doesn’t often interfere only into basic principles such as freedom of an individual or state security but also interfere into the issues that express culture and history of each member state of European Union and its traditions. Strict europeanization of law could lead to its globalization, that could cause problems with efectivity of legal rules and its enforcement.
