Drogová kriminalita v českém trestním právu
Few notes about drugs criminality in the Czech criminal law

Summary/Abstract: The problem of taking drugs and their abuse is mostly from the nineties of the last century which was characterized by massive globalization, its impacts are expressed in every society. Th e business of drugs is, besides prostitution and corruption, one of the most profitable illegal activites in every society. At least it is more highly developed than in the past, because the organisations of the drugs off enders are still more and more developing, they use the modern methods and techniques. Th e children and the under-aged present according to their age, are more endangered groups because their moral and physical maturity does not enable them to protect themselves against drugs and drug addiction. It is sure that changes on the drugs scene come so fast that not only the research but also a too late national strategy or an antidrug policy react.
