Essencial part of healthy and right upbringing and education of such children is not only using special methods, processes, forms and means of education and didactic instruments but also providing pedagogical a psychological services and arrangement of the forms of education to cover and help these children with their needs. Th ese forms of approaching children mentioned above embrace not only an individual approach of their parents, teachers and schools but also an appropriate legal system so they can fulfil themselves.
