Summary/Abstract: Philosophy of education is the theme in pedagogical practice, which is often unjustly neglected. Curriculum documents of educational systems, general and fi eld didactics are built on the basis of philosophy of education. Teachers should respect this reality and always think of the content, aim and didactic technology of teaching unit prior to starting teaching the pupils.
