Advantages of using an evidence analyzer to determine alcohol concentration

Summary/Abstract: The article introduces us to some advantages of using an evidence analyzer to determine the alcohol concentration of motor vehicle drivers. As is well known, the use of alcohol as well as narcotic substances by drivers of motor vehicles while driving is one of the most dangerous violations and/or crimes. In order to counter them more effectively, the police authorities have been given the opportunity to use various types of technical means. For faster investigation and establishment of quality results for the concentration of alcohol in the blood, the legislator has provided for the measurement to be carried out not only with blood alcohol testing, but also with an evidence analyzer. The quick procedure for the establishment of these acts, as well as the timely imposition of penalties, will have a favorable effect in terms of increasing the safety of road traffic.
