Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the current state of Romanian poetry in the 2000s, its classifications, and its characteristics. From the multitude of themes and poets, I have chosen to follow the daily existence of Ofelia Prodan, Claudiu Komartin, and Liliana Elena Popescu. The popularity of the theme related to the poetry of the 2000s did not lead to a theoretical clarification of some concepts with which it has operated for almost 20 years. The possibilities and realities of the Romanian poetry of the 2000s are multiple, and I consider it an advantage.
