Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to voice disorders as resulting from the COVID–19 disease. The author presents the pathomechanism of dysphonia in people infected with the SARS‑CoV–2 coronavirus. She discusses the most common symptoms of voice disability as a result of this pathogen infection and outlines speech therapy diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The author also draws attention to the risk of vocal abnormalities linked to COVID–19, namelyremote working that became widespread during the pandemic period and the accompanying increased vocal effort.
