Summary/Abstract: The sales contract occupies an important position in Romanian civil law, due to the fact that, through it, the alienation or acquisition of ownership rights or other rights over goods in the civil circuit is carried out. It is the most used civil contract because it ensures the legal circulation of goods and other patrimonial values.
