Summary/Abstract: By a simple definition, adoption is the legal operation by which the filiation link is created between the adopter and the adoptee, as well as kinship links between the adoptee and the adopter's relatives. This procedure involves a whole series of rights guaranteed by law for the adopted child, but also obligations for the adoptive parents. When it comes to inheriting the property of adoptive parents, things are clear, adopted children have full rights in the sense, as we will show in the treatment of this subject on this present article.
