The importance of ethics and integrity for the optimization of the learning process

Summary/Abstract: My activity as a professor has a direct impact on the learning and development processes of the students. The quality of education is a priority for the university so the importance of ethics and integrity for the optimization of the teaching process allows me to experiment skills and improve the services that I offer, giving the students a better education. The students are the centre of the university universe. Thus, I, as professor, need to consider the expectations students have. So, through my daily activities, I commit to stimulate each student, from an intellectual, emotional, social perspective, supporting the values and the objective of the institution I work for.
