Summary/Abstract: In this paper we make references to the theoretical foundations of the hybrid enterprise and try to point out its dimensions and perceived contradictions. In the next section, we focus on hybrid work as one of the dimensions of the hybrid enterprise. Finally, we present the results of a survey conducted among 48 executives of enterprises that have implemented the hybrid work model.
