Summary/Abstract: The objective of this paper is to present the role of creativity and entrepreneurship in organizations as strategically important resources that influence the performance. First, the concept of creativity on the organizational level is presented, as opposed to psychological and sociological understanding of individual creativity present in the literature. Second, the construct of organizational entrepreneurship is shown, wolałbym DESCRIBED jak już as well as its links with performance. Finally, a theoretical model that attempts to connect the constructs is proposed. The model is a starting point for the future research finding the relations between organizational creativity, entrepreneurship and performance.
