Summary/Abstract: Members of the Polytechnic Society of Romania arrived in Constanța on the 23rd of June 1906 on a planned visit as part of a documentarial series of trips made to several Romanian cities. They were soon followed by the members of the Society of Engineers and Architects of Bulgaria on the 3rd of October that very same year. Both parties were received by officials and guided on their visit by Anghel Saligny, the celebrated engineer to whom Dobrogea owes its development. This excerpt pertains to these very visits.
