Summary/Abstract: The volume presents Dobruja as an „interethnic model“, a „building“ in which pebbles of different ethnicities - with the religious beliefs, customs, culture of each of these - form an „interethnic mosaic“, which can serve as a right example anytime and to anyone. This „mosaic“ says the Fortress, Dobruja. In which live, together and in good understanding, Romanians and 14 minorities ethnic groups - according to the 2011 census - who, together, have built the „Fortress“.
