DOCUMENTARY CONTRIBUTIONS REGARDING THE EDUCATIONAL/ FORMATIVE SUPPORT AND PROCEDURES OF DISTRIBUTING TEACHERS TO THE LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL FROM NĂSĂUD IN THE LATTER HALF OF THE NINETEENTH CENTURY

Summary/Abstract: The author presents a set of documents related to the procedure of distributing teachers to the Lower Secondary School in Năsăud (Gimnaziul Năsăudean) in the latter half of the nineteenth century, thematically grouped: the financial support provided by Simion Tanco Foundation; the correspondence among the personalities taking part in, Pavel Svinţiu, teacher candidate, and Nestor Şimon, secretary of Fonduri grănicereşti năsăudene; the decisions of the Administrative Commission of those funds. The body of those documents shows – through the themes sequentially defined – a unique pattern of functionalities and roles of the educational system in Năsăud for the reference period.
