Summary/Abstract: Through a closer analysis of the donation contract, we notice that it has a much more complex bond content than the obligation (let's say, the main one) of the transfer of ownership over the donated property from the donor to the donee. In the obligatory content of the donation we find other obligations, which do not expire at the date of execution of the main obligation and which give rise to as many legal relations between the donor and the donee.
