The review of published materials of modern Bulgarian history on the pages of the Journal “Epohi”shows that they reveal in an objective and documentary complemented way different problems from the political, economic and spiritual life of the Bulgarian society. It can reasonably be argued that Epohi succeeded in establishing itself among the scientific community as a historical journal open to presenting different scientific points of view and exhibiting argued topics of debatable in historiography subjects by professional historians from Bulgaria and abroad.

The "Social Policy 2018: Values, Visions, Trends" international workshop was held at the University of Economics in Prague on 22 November 2018. The workshop brought together a number of highly-respected experts in their fields, such as Jaroslav Vostatek (Vision of Czech Pension Reforms), Peter Sika (the Slovak Pension System under Changing Socio-Economic Conditions), Mirka Wildmannová (What are the Options for Families with Children in the Labour Market?), Jan Mertl (Selected Imperfections of Financial Support for Families in the Czech Republic), Martin Holub (the Consideration of Parenthood in the Pension System of the Czech Republic), Martina Štěpánková Štýbrová (Current Issues concerning Fatherhood and Motherhood in the Context of the Labour Market), Ivan Douda (Drug Issues and New Threats in 2018) and many others who used the opportunity to actively discuss and recount their personal experiences of the various topics raised.

A conference focusing on issues surrounding homelessness entitled "The Social and Economic Integration of Homeless Persons" was held in Hungary on 21 September 2018. The conference, held on an annual basis by the European homelessness observatory of the international organisation FEANTSA (the European Federation of National Organisations working with the Homeless), was hosted this year by the Central European University (CEU), and the organisation of the event was supported by the Metropolitan Research Institute in Budapest and the Shelter Foundation Budapest.

Academia Europei – Academia Europaea – a fost fundată în anul 1988 la inițiativa Societății Regale din Marea Britanie și a altor academii naționale din Europa. Ea cuprinde în prezent peste 5.000 de membri, dintre care peste 70 de laureați ai Premiului Nobel, din statele care fac parte din Consiliul Europei și din alte state ale lumii. România are în A.E. 33 de membri(1 oct. 2022). Conferința internațională anuală a A.E. Building Bridges 2022 a avut loc în Barcelona. În cadrul secțiunilor reunite A1 – științe umaniste și A2 – științe sociale și conexe care cuprinde și secțiunea „Drept”, am prezentat o informare privind Congresul mondial de filosofie a dreptului și filosofie socială (IVR), care a avut loc în București, în perioada 3-8 iulie 2022, menționând că au participat circa 500 de persoane din 40 de țări, și coordonatele fundamentale ale acestui eveniment științific internațional.

Facultatea de Drept a Universității din Oradea a organizat în data de 9 decembrie 2022, conferința națională „Contenciosul administrativ”, eveniment aflat la a III-a ediție. Acest eveniment, alături de altele, organizate pe parcursul anului universitar 2022/2023, se înscrie în seria manifestărilor dedicate aniversării celor 30 de ani de la reluarea învățământului superior juridic la Oradea. Ideea unei conferințe de contencios administrativ și la Oradea, s-a concretizat în urmă cu 3 ani, iar de atunci se reunesc aici, la Oradea, reputați profesori și specialiști din domeniul dreptului administrativ, cu un focus important spre contenciosul administrativ, care dezbat teme de interes pentru societatea românească.

The announcement presents the conception of the didactic project Multilingualism of the Baltic region, which has been carried out since the second half of 2022 in the Institute of Specialised and Intercultural Communication at the University of Warsaw thanks to funding granted by the university’s Teaching Excellence Fund. Special attention is given to the first part of the project focused on the language situation in Lithuania. This part of the project has been already completed. In October 2022, professors from Vilnius University, Lithuania taught a specialist course held in Russian language consisting of seven seminars and practical training. These types of projects respond to demand expressed by students interested in exploring languages and cultures of the Baltic region. They also pursue the goals of a contemporary university aiming for innovation in teaching.

In perioada 14-16 martie 2003, Societatea de Studii Istorice “Erasmus”, care activează în cadrul Facultății de Istorie a Universității din București, a organizat Conferința Națională JLa Studenților în Istorie și Științe Socio-Umane din România, cu tema Identități culturale și sociale europene. Acest gen de manifestări științifice a devenit o tradiție pentru S.S.I. “Erasmus”, anul acesta desfașurându-se cea de a treia ediție.
