Exercise addiction receives substantial attention in the field of behavioral addictions. It is a unique form of addiction because in contrast to other addictive disorders it is carried out with major physical-effort and high energy expenditure. Methods: A critical literature review was performed. Results: The literature evaluation shows that most published accounts report the levels of risk for exercise addiction rather than actual cases or morbidities. The inconsistent prevalence of exercise addiction, ranging from 0.3% to 77.0%, reported in the literature may be ascribed to incomplete conceptual models for the morbidity. Current explanations of exercise addiction may suggest that the disorder is progressive from healthy to unhealthy exercise pattern. This approach drives research into the wrong direction. Discussion: An interactional model is offered accounting for the adoption, maintenance, and transformation of exercise behavior. The here proposed model has an idiosyncratic black-box containing the antecedents and characteristics that are unique to the individual, which cannot be researched via the nomothetic approach. Subjective aspects in the black-box interact with stressful life events that force the person to cope. The range of coping may be wide. Escape into exercise depends on personal (subjective) and situational (objective) factors, but the subjective components are inaccessible for a priori scholastic scrutiny. It is our view that currently only this dual interactional model may account for the fact that exercise addiction emerges suddenly and only in a few individuals from among those at high risk, estimated to be around 3.0% of the exercising population.

Most important factors influencing the choice of organic food in different countries are described and characterized. Among the attributes of organic food, the importance of its safety is indicated, particularly with respect to health and the environment. Other factors underlying consumer’s market decisions are outlined, such as socio-demographic and economic considerations, seasonal supply of organic food and ethnocentric attitudes. We propose a thesis that at the roots of stagnation in the development of organic agriculture and organic products market in Poland lay insufficient environmental consciousness and education.

Currently we are witnessing the clash of two trends in social policy towards people with intellectual disabilities. The first stems from the idea of equality, it is predominant and is well rooted in the public consciousness. The second, due to the diversity of ideas, is an announcement non-heterosexual people or former prisoners. of the upcoming changes. The idea of diversity has already had an impact on social policy towards. I deal with questions relating to the first stream – the policy of equal opportunities. The article is empirical. I analyze the practice of professional activation of people with intellectual disabilities in the context of equal opportunities policy, which is an exemplification of symbolic violence contained in the way of understanding the concept of “a person with intellectual disabilities”. I try to show that the theoretical constructs, promoted by the experts of the dominant public discourse, impose ways of working within the framework of social policy. The construct “mentally retarded” harnesses the essence of being a handicap, and construct “a person with intellectual disabilities” throws out intellectual disability, making handicapped Normals harder educated. In this way, the language allows the operation of a discriminatory nature in the name of noble ideas.

In this paper, I try to demonstrate how critical empiricism and philosophical reasoning intertwine with each other and affected the development of medicine. It is a case study considering the problems of generation and semen in the writings of Aristotle and Galen via relationship between such concepts as matter, form, movement, change, causes and some others. The main question addressed in the paper is the reason of Galen’s return to Hippocratic paradigm of two-semina (male and female). I argue that the reason is two-fold: 1) Different philosophical reasoning and erroneous understanding of some aspects of Aristotle’s embryological model by Galen. 2) Empirical discoveries, which proved to be wrong. I demonstrate that Galen’s understanding of form/matter relationship, and his view on matter as an underling principle conditioned his understanding of the notion of physical change, that allowed him to speak about conception only as quantitative mixture between equal substrata. Finally, I show that Galen’s view on teleology and his limited understanding of formal/ final vs efficient causes and their relationship forced him to claim the inadequacy of Aristotle’s biology and necessitated Galen to introduce emendations in definitions of seminal faculties of genders and reproductive fluids.

Seas and inland water resources are under the influence of pollution with non-essential elements (cadmium, arsenic, barium etc as a result of the rapid development of technology, increasing population density, unconscious use of water resources, discharge of industrial and domestic wastes to water resources, enrichment of aquatic ecosystems. For this reason, the treatment technique has been applied all over the world with plants, especially with algae, because of the high treatment yield and low maintenance and operation costs. This study aimed to determine the removal capacity for cadmium (Cd2+), lead (Pb2+), tin (Sn4+), barium (Ba2+) and arsenic (As5+) heavy metals from 0,5; 1; 2,5; 5 ve 10 ppm concentration of aqueous solutions by using live C. vulgaris (chlorophyta) microalgae. Experiments were performed using synthetic single-metal solutions of Cd, Pb, Sn, Ba and As prepared from chemical reactants of analytical grade: CdSO4•8H2O, Pb(NO3)2, Sn02, Ba(NO3)2 and Na2HAsO4.7H2O, respectively. Based on the experimental data, the mean adsorption capacity of non-essential metals was determined as 254.939 mg/g for Sn, 254.536 mg/g for Pb, 238.563 mg/g for Ba, 235.288 mg/g for Cd and 227.543 mg/g for As (Sn>Pb>Ba>Cd>As) by C. vulgaris cells respectively. This study revealed that Chlorella cells were an effective adsorbent for removal of the five non-essential heavy metals ions from aqueous solutions due to its high efficiency of Sn, Pb, Ba, Cd and As adsorption.

The main objective of the study was to examine whether negative experiences at work, irrational beliefs, alone and in interaction, and negative affectivity as a mediator, could predict psychosomatic complaints and frequency of sickness absenteeism. The hypothesized model showed acceptable fit to the data, suggesting that negative affectivity mediates the relationship between negative experiences and irrational beliefs on the one hand, and psychosomatic complaints on the other. The results also revealed no significant effect of interaction between negative experiences and irrational beliefs, while fatigue and physical symptoms have a significant and direct effect on the number of days of absence. It was concluded that the lack of an effect of psychological symptoms on absenteeism may indicate that employees in Serbia do not see them as a sufficient reason for sick leave. The results are discussed within frameworks of Rational-emotive behaviour therapy and strategic stress management approach.

Any transformation in the healthcare system should improve the quality and accessibility of health services for all segments of the population. The authors tried to observe only the leading historical recreational activities that have contributed to such changes during many years of development of outpatient clinics in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to give an overview of the leading organizational and recreational activities, which implementation in the health care of Ukraine was contributed to improving the quality and accessibility of health services in the primary sector of the industry. Materials and methods. The system-historical analytical method was used for the bibliography processing of the medicine in Ukraine development during the 1920-2018. Scientific novelty. The article presents the leading organizational and recreational activities carried out in the health care of Ukraine for 100 years with the aim of creating high-quality and affordable outpatient and polyclinic care for all sexually-populated groups of the population in cities and rural areas, taking into account the structural features of industrial employment of persons work in the national economy, and the milestones of critical periods in the life of the country and its inhabitants. Positive experience and inadequate programs (as well as individual measures) are presented to improve primary health care. Their focus on prophylactic components of medical care with the implementation of the principles of economization, humanization and gradual cybernetization, preserving the best traditions of Ukrainian medical care, timely detection of diseases, reducing the overall morbidity and mortality, the inadmissibility of epidemics, a significant increase in life expectancy against the background of the gradual implementation of the principles of affordable and highly skilled family medicine. Conclusions. The history of the establishment of the ambulatory and polyclinic service in the health care of Ukraine laid the general and targeted social, economic, ecological, and organizational directions of the development of pre-medical, medical and preventive medicine in Ukraine. The restructuring of the created service in order to comply with artificial "world standards" without taking into account many years of national, territorial, ethnic and social traditions does not provide certainty in the future about improving the social conditions, accessibility and quality of traditional medical services.

The legal protection of the basic human values (life, physical integrity, human dignity, privacy) is the primary objective of every single state. In the last couple of decades there have been extraordinary scientific results not only in applying transplantation as a therapeutic treatment both ex vivo and ex mortuo but also in discovering new medicaments for suppressing the immunological rejection of implanted organs. However, there are cases when the human integrity and right to privacy may be violated by some illicit act, when the process of taking organs for transplantation may involve either some abuse or the use of force, threat, coercion or fraud. Therefore, it is necessary to give due consideration to the legal regulation of organ donation and transplantation issues in order to ensure that medical experiments are conducted in an admissible manner, in compliance with the latest scientific achievements and without causing any harm to the patient, as well as in order to provide for the observance of the human right to health and human integrity. In this paper, the author focuses on the legal regulation of organ donorship and transplantation of organs, cells and tissues in the Republic of Serbia. The Republic of Serbia has adopted two significant legal acts which marked the beginning of a more comprehensive legal regulation in this area: the Organ Transplantation Act and the Act on the Transplantation of Organs, Cells and Tissues. Given the fact that the legal provisions on these issues have been regulated in compliance with the regulations and standards of the European Union, the legislation has laid grounds for the international organ exchange.

The paper provides a narrative and an assessment of the most important changes in the Hungarian healthcare during the 2nd and 3rd Orbán governments. The most important aspect is to understand that during this period the healthcare sector was not a priority, but nevertheless fundamental changes occurred. The explanation is that the Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán, completely restructured the entire constitutional arrangements and the changes affected the healthcare sector. The two main strategies were renationalisation and centralisation. The relative independence of the healthcare sector, which was the result of the reforms occurring between 1992 and 2010, was almost fully reversed and the Ministry of Health ceased to exist in 2010.

This paper is focused on the issue how educational systems might increase the economic, innovative and business potential of the regional centres and contribute to the sustainable economic development. Rapidly growing economies are marked by social fragmentation and economic divisions but have the potential to become the drivers for shrinking social divisions and creating opportunities for all the citizens. Carefully designed educational policies becomes a solution for most of the economic and social problems by offering formal and non-formal educational activities. Policy-makers in the educational realm learn to engage with the realities of social exclusion, political alienation, and economic marginalization - through both public policy and private initiatives. Educational initiatives and policies across might include carefully orchestrated public policies, spending the money from the structural funds all aimed at stabilizing communities and establishing cooperation and integration, non-formal educational initiatives to reduce marginalization, or expansion of the formal school system aimed at raising aspirations.

The field of health improvement and life prolonging develops poorly, despite all the advances in medicine, chemistry and genetic engineering. Among the main problems is the difficulty of using new scientific achievements in other industries due to the rapid development of specialized knowledge, the problem of returning costs for the creation of really effective and the problem of aging population in developed countries. There are problems with data for this methods usage with privacy and security on different levels with regional peculiarities. Effective timing of work on health at the personal level can result as a result of increased time and productivity. But it's difficult for people to allocate their intellectual resources for that, so you have to connect artificial intelligence and machine learning. Big Data model with methods and analysis techniques on different levels for health improvement was suggested. The importance of the level of social networks and its regional aspects for the analysis of health improvement data was identified. Big data processing results implementation and levels of interaction with human with request for changes model was proposed. It consists from two levels of interaction with humans by level of quick reaction and discussion with smart personal assistance. Regional aspects from possible AI implementation in undeveloped countries were analyzed on example of personal level big data for health usage.
