To be a good teacher requires being a good actor in the classroom, to be able to convey to the students emotion and desire to learn more about certain content. It is important the way in which the teacher manages to stimulate the curiosity and maintain the students’ interest in living the joy of personal discoveries. The way he communicates with the student and using appropriate methods and techniques to stimulate creativity, the teacher may attract his interest, his curiosity and his desire for knowledge. The enthusiasm of the teacher is the key for a good learning in school. This encourages the student interest, maintains his attention and positive attitude. In this way, there is an increase in student motivation which directly influences his educational results, his performance.

Is the notion of success valid in theatre? This is the question I try to answer in this essay. I refer, first, at a trend of actual theatre, a temptation for entertainment, a concept assumed, in my understanding, as „superficial enjoy”. Than, I’m looking after the origins of these new meanings of contemporary theatre: the poor interest for word, the temptation of simplify, losing appetite for dreaming, a thicker relationship with transcendence, a wrong understanding of theatre as un-stressing/ relaxing technique, strange and strong intersection between theatre and cinema. In the second part, I’m trying to draw some lines in the directions of a so-called “phenomenology of applauses”; not only the usual clap of hands, but the general behaviour of now-a-days theatre’s public.

Oraşul Carei nu are teatru. Totuşi, am văzut acolo o mulțime de spectacole. Spectacole de teatru: Ionesco, Shakespeare, LaBute. La fiecare sfârşit de noiembrie, de trei ani încoace, studenți-actori din toată țara, dar şi din străinătate, demonstrează că se poate face teatru indiferent de condiții. Nu e nevoie de o capitală, nu e nevoie de tradiție, nici măcar de o sală de teatru nu e nevoie. Tot ce le trebuie e entuziasmul, un public şi o şansă. Ceea ce acum câțiva ani părea o iluzie de nerealizat, şi-a definit acum o direcție sigură. Festivalul SPOT a devenit o lecție serioasă despre absurd ca formă de existență. În 2009 festivalul se afla la cea de-a treia ediție a sa, cu un număr impresionant de participanți şi invitați. Cele mai importante centre universitare din România, dar şi Academia Athanor din Burghausen s-au întâlnit la Carei, unde şi-au confruntat experiențele. Omul care a conceput festivalul se numeşte Paul Sarvadi, teatrolog care a absolvit la Cluj şi care l-a adus pe David Esrig în Carei. Să stăm puțin de vorbă cu Paul...

This paper examines the theatrical works of one of the main surrealist romanian writers, Gellu Naum (1915-2001). In parallel with a brilliant poetical career, Naum consecrated important researches to theatre between 1945 and 1963. He wrote texts as: Exact în acelaşi timp (Exactly at the Same Time), Aux pieds de Sémiramis (At the Feet of Sémiramis), Ceasornicăria Taus (The Taus Clockworks) Insula (The Island). This dramatic writings are characterised by black humour, absurd and dream-like situations, which make them very modern and able to be staged even today.

This article describes the premiere of the play "Master Manole" written by Lucian Blaga, based on the original program presented to Lucian Blaga by the Director of Municipal Theatre in Lvov on its first release, along with an inscribed dedication. Ordonanţa 2016-131 din 10 februarie 2016 reformează dreptul contractelor, al regimului general şi al probei obligaţiilor. Inutil de subliniat importanţa sa: aproape 353 de noi articole din Codul civil; o nouă numerotare; noi titluri; o nouă organizare, conţinând dispoziţii numite introductive şi un nou plan, mai structurat decât cel anterior. Ansamblul dreptului contractelor, al dreptului probei şi al regimului obligaţiilor, care data, în partea esenţială, din 1804, este, astfel, reînnoit. Obiectivele reformei sunt expuse în ceea ce ţine de lucrările pregătitoare, şi anume raportul Preşedintelui Republicii care precedă textul ordonanţei: asigurarea securităţii juridice, simplificând unele mecanisme şi suprimând unele noţiuni considerate, greşit sau pe bună dreptate, prea complexe (ex. conceptul cauzei) şi favorizarea atractivităţii dreptului francez, modernizându-l, ţinând cont de evoluţiile economice şi sociale contemporane. Ca atare, aceste obiective sunt consensuale şi pot fi împărtăşite de către întreaga comunitate juridică, avocaţi, notari, magistraţi, arbitri şi, în general, de toţi cei care recurg, de aproape sau de departe, la dreptul obligaţiilor.

Născut în Cernăuți, în vestita și strămoșeasca Bucovină a lui Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, în ziua de 14.10.1921, înălțătoare a Sfintei Paraschiva, Octavian Căpățână a urmat cursurile Liceului „Costache Negruzzi” din Iași și apoi pe cele ale Liceului „Spiru Haret” din București. În perioada 1939-1942 a fost student al Facultății de Drept a Universității din București, pe care a absolvit-o cu distincția Unanimitate de bile albe. A urmat apoi cursurile de doctorat, susținând în 1947 TEZA „Titlu gratuit în actele juridice”, în care tânărul magistrat cuteză a spune că „Viața juridică se desfășoară între doi poli diametrali opuși: egoismul și altruismul. Sentimentele egoiste concordă cu titlu oneros, în timp ce altruismul își găsește expresia juridică în actele cu titlu gratuit”.

Through his encyclopedic training doubled by a rare clairvoyance and inspiration, all of which are firmly rooted in his self-sacrificing love for the nation and the country, Mihai Eminescu left deep traces wherever he went. He showed an exceptional consciousness, a deep respect for work and value but also for discipline, professional training, inspiration, vision. In less than a year, while he worked as a school inspector, Eminescu drew up over 400 reports, addresses, notices, orders to teaching staff, recommendations regarding qualifications, textbooks, methods, practical applications, the material situation of students, physical condition of schools, all of which were sent either to the ministry or to local administrators and teachers. Eminescu proved to be a good observer of the educational phenomenon not only in the country but also in Europe in general.
