Short Description
Our journal brings together two important areas of public law research. The interconnection and synergies between public administration and ICT have become dominant, even leading, issues in many fields. The complex social, legal and economic problems and issues related to these topics, and the scientific analysis of these issues in the light of the accelerated pace of change worldwide, provide new opportunities for experts to interpret these issues and to formulate critical comments and proposals. The aim of this journal is to provide young researchers in the first half of their academic careers with an opportunity to publish their ideas on these issues.
