Short Description
Libraria. Studies and Researches of Bibliology is the yearbook of Mureş County Library, its first issue has been published in 2002. It is one of the few yearbooks of its kind in the country, that focuses on the activity of the library, which is why it was awarded by ANBPR with the Best Serial Speciality Publication award.
Currently, Libraria counts 15 volumes, two of which are double. As content, the yearbook has already well-known topics: library, reports, statistical and sociological analyses, old books, literary-themed works, biographies of individuals or places and other topics. Last but not least, it includes presentations of books from various fields.
Romanian and foreign collaborators - librarians, historians, specialists in old book, communication, researchers - work in libraries, universities or renowned research institutes. Copies of all published volumes were sent to county libraries in the country, to specialized libraries, as well as national libraries in the Republic of Moldova, Hungary, France.
