Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on research bibliography about the phases and stages of formation and consolidation of the team. It is a theoretical research, based on what the specialists have written so far, that highlights the general aspects of the concept of „teamwork,” the need to build a team, the basic rules applicable to the efficient functioning of every team. It also takes into account the theoretical aspects of team members behaviour, their compatibility and ways of working together.
