Summary/Abstract: In the context of globalization of markets, of fierce competition and deepening the problem of the realization of the production produced in the wine sector, there is a need to change the existing models of organization in the supply and realization of this production. Given the fact that logistics is an essential element of globalization in the markets, the formation of supply chains is an important factor for business survival. Opportunities need to be sought to optimize the activities involved in the production and realization chain and to reduce the cost of their implementation. The purpose of this report is to show that the integration of processes and business activities in the chain "Viticulture - Winemaking - Wine tourism" is the basis for effective management where the company at every stage of its activity adds value to its product and raises its competitive advantages.
