Summary/Abstract: A noun in a Russian and Czech sentence can be an adjectival attribute, nominal attribute or genitive attribute, apart from predication. Moreover, both languages have constructions with invariable attributes in preposition, which have remained in active use for the last twenty-thirty years. This article demonstrates the various syntactic structure of the invariable attribute in preposition along with its relations with the three other types of attributes on the basis of the methodology of the structural semantics school proposed by V.V. Babajceva.
