Summary/Abstract: The paper has as subject the examination of the administrative legal aspects of the possibility for provision of public functions to the state enterprises. Because there is no expressly provision for such a possibility as general notion in the legislation it is of interest to analyze the submission of public functions of the state enterprise „Unitary system operator”, which are of essential importance for the functioning of the state governance.
