Summary/Abstract: During the 18-19 century Bulgaria is experiencing one of the most creative periods in its historical development - the era of spiritual and political revival, era of national differentiation, of rapid integration of the nation to the modern culture. Caused by the actions of common cause, building on the cultural and historical heritage of Bulgaria, the movement for a new, secular education follows the same rules and stages of development in all Bulgarian lands. In some regions and provinces of the country a number of features manifest themselves that are due to unevenness in the economic and political development of the ethnic mix of the areas, of the degree of foreign cultural and political influences, etc. The study of these features makes it possible to reveal the complexity and diversity of the Bulgarian cultural revival, to outline the multifaceted picture of the spiritual renaissance of the Bulgarian nation
